Hohe Kosten in Anschaffung und Service

> Nettes Programm zur Organisation einer therapeutischen Praxis, aber es läuft nicht alles glatt. 
Zum einen ist das Programm aufgrund des Umfangs anfangs kaum zu nutzen. Es benötigt viel Zeit oder die entsprechenden Fortbildungen um es nutzen zu können. Des Weiteren müssen viele Einstellungen vorgenommen werden bis überhaupt damit gearbeitet werden kann, da vieles Grundlegende Angaben erst eingetragen werden müssen. 
Aber am problematischsten ist der Service. Er ist einfach nicht zu erreichen, egal wie oft oder wie lange man dort anruft. Das ist besonders ärgerlich, wenn ein akutes Problem auftritt und man auf einen Rückruft hofft der vielleicht nach Stunden erfolgt.
Theorg ist nicht schlecht, wenn alles eingestellt ist und alles glatt läuft aber es sollte viel intuitiver gestaltet und für den Preis definitiv ein besserer Service geboten werden.
