Comments: Fantastic. Super easy to use on desktop or mobile for both the host and the client. Highly recommended. Stripe integration is huge.

Pros:

Everything. Fully HIPPA compliant video and client record CRM FOR FREE!!! If you need to upgrade it’s very cheap. Support is fantastic; always pushing out new features, listening to customers feedback. Video is stable. Scheduling is easy for the host or the clients. Easy to integrate zoom, google, and Microsoft. Has templates to use for many uses. Easy to use Stripe for billing

Cons:

Nothing it’s all been a dream. Constant updates fix any bugs that pop up quickly

Comments: My experience with Carepatron has been nothing short of amazing. I had been searching for an EHR platform that included many of the components needed to run a successful business at a reasonable price point. Well, I found it! Carepatron is simple to use, has an assortment of tools, and is reasonably priced for all professionals. It’s not a platform that attempts to up charge the professional at every opportunity, but identify ways that it can unequivocally meet the needs of its customers.

Pros:

What I like most about about Carepatron is that it’s basically an all-in-one platform. In other words, you don’t have to integrate or identify other platforms to be used alongside. From billing, calendars, communication to telehealth, professionals have the ability to operate a business all in one place.

Cons:

In my opinion, Carepatron would benefit from an internal email system within its platform. While the note feature can be utilized for communication, having an internal messaging system will allow for more organized and seamless communication that is separate from other files.

Comments: Overall, I started when Carepatron started and I've seen a lot of growth. I have considered switching to another program multiple times, but the updates seem to be consistent so I do believe my desires regarding the schedule, reporting, and payments from patients will have more capabilities very soon (I truly hope).

Pros:

I like how simple the program is, customizable in some great ways. Easy to communicate with patients via notes and appointment reminders. Consistent updates- updates are happening very regularly.

Cons:

The reporting is lacking - not easy to run detailed reports especially financial. Unable to post partial payments. Can't really customize the schedule. It almost an all or nothing type of customization. In other words, If I say I'm open Mondays from 9am-4pm it's like that for ALL Monday's. I'd like to click on a calendar and customize my hours each day specifically if needed as well as the current function.

Comments: My overall experience is positive. The customer service is responsive and the product continually evolves based on customer input. Thanks.

Pros:

The customer service is great, the product is great. In particular, if I have a special need the product is updated to reflect that need in a timely manner. I like access to the templates so I can customize these for my specific needs.

Cons:

I want the product to offer resources to be CRM system in addition to EHR system. An integrated approach would be awesome. To have a BAA covered marketing and communication system integrated with EHR is something missing in the market.

Great Option!

Comments: We have sought customer service for various questions over the year and their response and time is superb. You always feel like you are being taken care of.

Pros:

I love the unfussy appearance and ease of use. Everything is there, but uncluttered. It has the feel of minimalism but with capabilities good for any individual or group practice.

Cons:

Lack of connection to Insurance clearinghouse... we need that for at least some of our team members.
