The ability to customize notes/forms is great. I initially found it to be a great value for money, but did not realize that the price was in USD instead if NZD (my fault for not confirming). When converted into NZD, I think that other platforms may offer a better value. It is generally very easy to book appointments, create invoices, and the automated appointment reminders are helpful to clients. > > **Cons**: As a previous user of Simple Practice, I think Carepatron is lacking in some of the features that I've come to expect from an EHR. Not being able to mass export client files is a major disadvantage. The UX could be significantly improved - it feels a bit clunky and is not always easy to find what you are looking for. Not having a "lock and sign" function for saving progress notes is annoying.
