Very effective for preparing preliminary cost estimates using in-built cost breakdown, material \& assembly libraries. Estimators can use it to carryout onscreen take-offs, preparing price quotes. Good for financial management with tools like cashbook, purchase order, progress claims. Essential project \& contract management functions like keeping eye on project deliverables by accessing contract \& document library, overviewing daily task using scheduling tools and working out project variations are also available. > > **Cons**: Although it’s easy to learn but still takes time to get a full grasp on each module. It is suggested to include detailed demo videos for each section. I liked dashboard style home screen but still prefer a tab based experience to access different modules at top of screen. I suggest if a switch between two layouts is provided and first feel of dashboard is too bright colours. While using it on laptop, It seem to run slow few times. This could be due to default screen layout, where it opens up different components all at once. I would recommend trying it on desktop with high resolution monitor. I would like to see document library linked with cloud based storage like one drive or dropbox. It’s nice that they include pricing built in for estimating and budgeting. I s as Leo like the quick snap take off tools which are easy to use and also easy to save. They offer a take off report print out which is nice to save and attach on a job specific or take off specific basis. The takeoff features are easy to use and operate and they also include free tutorials that are short and to the point (video tutorials) easy to find and watch for quick information > > **Cons**: I wish they provided change order management options and accounting integration. As a small business it’s easier to have everything tied into one place and 1 software. They need to expand it or partner with an accounting software so you can package everything together and make it affordable. It would not continue unless it was constantly monitored and restarted. When it finally did install, the program created a new prompt which notified of missing components. Those components failed to install. Finally, the program itself wouldn't restart. Attempt was made to re-install from the original download package which took 2 hours to download.
