> **Pros**: Was easy to save a file just not easy to find it latter.
> 
> **Cons**: This software was a mess it doubled what it saved.  It was difficult to find files and unencrypt  them.  Many times they were found to be blank.

> We used this daily because my boss already had her files on it.  Our agents had difficulty accessing files and many times thay were found to be empty and they were in duplicates etc.

> **Pros**: Generally,The product Is easy to use and encrypts files easily. Cost is similiar to other products doing the same thing.

> **Cons**: I liked using Sookasa Prior to updating my Mac hardware to Mojave. Sookasa is not compatible with Mojave or  Capterra. The applications constantly quits and has to be restarted. I would not recommend this product until they upgrade it so it works withMojave and Capterra. I have deleted my account as of today Dec 26, 2019.

Moreover I have been advised that they are not going to refund any of the yearly payment I have made Dec 1 even though I will not be using Sookasa going forward. This is poor business since I may have re-started my account once Sookasa is undated to with the 2 Mac operating systems. I surely will  not be returning now that I've lost $90.

> **Pros**: When I first used this product, it was the only one I could find compatible with dropbox to store and share videos in a secure manner. It has always been difficult to use. It is no longer the only program to use and is not the easiest and is more expensive. It does not work well with my MacBook.

> **Cons**: Difficult to use, often could not successfully share videos. Company refusing refund on day of renewal, even though I cancelled on the same day.
> 
> Unsatisfied, not a useful program for Mac users.
