-Le fait qu'on puisse personnalisé nos informations affichées selon l'utilisateur
-Les modèles de rapports
-Pouvoir joindre des fichiers dans les dossiers d'employés
-Belle adaptation du service client lors de demande spécifiques à notre entreprise

-Les "autres informations" des employés ne peuvent être jointes aux rapports réguliers
-Lorsqu'on transfert les rapports dans un fichier excel, il est difficile de jouer dans celui-ci dû aux diverses colonnes et en-tête, pourrait être plus simple
-Système d'attribution des employés complexe avec les multiples façon d'attribuer un employé (superviseur, phases, compagnie, etc.). Pourrais être plus simple.
-Malgré l'adaptation aux demandes, parfois plus difficile car nous avons plusieurs types d'employés, il faut donc faire des demandes de changements pour être efficace avec notre système de gestion.
-Pourrait avoir une façon d'entrer des informations en lot, mais avec des montants différents (pour le moment seulement avec des montants égaux pour tous). Par exemple, si je veux entrer tous les fériés de mes travailleurs (qui sont tous différents), que je puisse le faire sans avoir à aller dans chaque feuille de temps une par une.

Donc, au fil du temps cela devient un outil incontournable utilisé à tous les jours, que ce soit pour la création de nos horaires avec trois types d'horaire (horaire 12 heures, horaire 6-3, horaire 5-2), la gestion des avis disciplinaires ou le suivi de nos formations et bien plus.
