> **Cons**: Ik zou het leuk vinden als we zo nu en dan verrast zouden worden met een nieuwe functionaliteit waarmee we de zichtbaarheid en betrokkenheid bij Scienta binnen de organisatie kunnen vergroten. Hoeft niet groot, maar bijvoorbeeld een leuke nieuwe widget of iets visueels voor op het dashboard. Wat ik minder vond is de overgang naar een advanced en premium model. Hierdoor zijn functionaliteiten die we eerder wel hadden verdwenen naar een duurder model. Dat is niet prettig.

The employee is able to initiate changes to the content by launching tasks towards other employees and/or admins. Therfore, the system is gradually built by all employees as the ultimate form of continuous improvement supporting quality managers and content managers.

> **Cons**: Flows can be automated including e.g. digital signage for approval. Programming flows is a methodology which requires some investment before you are up and running.

> Scienta is the entry point for all organization, businesss, process, etc. questions arising in a company. "If Scienta is not leading to an answer it does not exist". In the latter case, the employee easily can fill in the omittance and launch a task to fill in the gap.
