> **Pros**: I like a lot that this software has made me understand better the skills required in order to analyze and control an organization. It is fundamental to know all these things because it does not matter if it is a small or big business, everything counts. The analytics it shows to administrators is awesome. Another important factor to consider, is that the software is easy to use.

> **Cons**: Honestly I do not have anything bad to say about it. In fact I like the software always do small changes almost daily. This is fundamental to know because it demonstrates that the people in charge, really care about it and it transmits security to all users.

> **Pros**: Skilly is super easy to use. One of my favorite aspects of Skilly is that they have a ready warehouse of skills that I can use instead of having to make my own which saves time. However, if I have a unique skill that I want to add it is very easy to create my own skill set and personalize it as much as I want.

> **Cons**: The Software keeps improving every day as new features get added. It take me sometime to get used to the new changes but this will eventually lead to a better final product.

> Overall Skilly can elevate the practicing and performance in any organisation no matter how big or small. It is designed in a way that engages the employees and gives very useful analytics to the administrators. Skilly has potential to make a difference in many other sectors as well.
