It has a sleek design that ensures a stress-free and user-friendly experience. Their customer support team is really knowledgeable and always available to assist me with any questions or issues I have about the tool. I highly recommend Cequence.

Everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responding very quickly with easy to understand, concise yet complete answers. My favorite features are very helpful and visual statistics and reports. We went through a long process and looked at several different platforms, however, CT was by far the most user-friendly and visually appealing and fairly priced to a small business like ours.

> **Cons**: At times, some requests for a configuration or change take a bit longer than wished for. More of the artificial intelligence features could be introduced, but the planned update should take care of that. Sometimes filters take longer to load and data to download.

For the few that needed extra hand-holding, CT support team was always very helpful and provided guidance. The notification system and calendar from within the software has been easy to use by everyone.
