> **Pros**: Kiplot is really easy to use and it reports are professional and ready-to use out of the box with minimal configuration. Because it integrates with our central project systems (Jira, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Access Database) the data in our reports were live and there was no need to redraft powerpoint presentations endlessly.

> **Cons**: There isn’t much documentation available online to help with using the product. Though customer support is excellent and if your organisation has in-house SQL skills this won’t be an issue as it’s relatively intuitive to build and configure reports.
> 
> Whilst working with a major high street bank to transform their portfolio reporting, Kiplot provided a fresh approach to visualise data on our programmes and projects. Their software allowed  us to run senior delivery and governance  meetings with live data, which removes all the cost and effort of powerpoint report creation that we used to have. As the data comes straight from our project delivery systems we know that the information is correct and up-to-date.

More broadly, as we progressed  through our agile transformation journey Kiplot has helped us manage our hybrid portfolio. Making the transition to agile smoother.

> **Pros**: Despite the complexity of our roadmaps we were able to get Kiplot up and running quickly. 
Kiplot was unlike other software that we looked at in letting us incorporate additional data sources (outside of Jira) to manage our product delivery. This enables us to maintain live views of our financials and resource capacity, alongside our delivery progress.

> **Cons**: There isn’t a free version to try out which was frustrating when we first engaged with Kiplot.

> We use Kiplot to manage our massively complicated delivery. We have tens of thousands of Jira issues across over 300 engineers, design teams and product owners. Without Kiplot we wouldn’t be able to see the wood for the trees.

Over the last 2 years, Kiplot has become central to our delivery.  It is used on a daily basis by our product teams to actively manage the roadmap and helps us deliver on time.

We also use Kiplot to automate our resource utilisation reports, driving much of our financial reporting.
