If you give any sort of discount or financial aid it doesn't register within your accounting tab, and it makes a difficult time\! Additionally, refunds were a major issue for us, as they often weren't reflected in totals. > > When I arrived in my role, Playbook immediately was a problem as we had difficulty in reconciling any finances. We worked with them for a few months to try and see upgrades in the system, they were responsive, but ultimately unable to correct the massive issues.
