> **Pros**: Once you have familiarized with the tool it facilitates the process in our case of patent research and management. A portfolio of tools from same provider can create a full innovation management landscape

> **Cons**: Not really easy to start, some not very logic steps to operate. Sometimes still a bit complicated to go back and forth in the menu. You need to use it regularly to maintain your skills in using it properly.

> **Cons**: I think the differences among workfiles and lists are not easy to understand and it takes a little way to master (especially when you create a list in fampat and then you move in fullpat and viceversa...) . The different number formats between the design and the patent module should be harmonized. The ability to search for legal status also in the design module should be implemented.

> **Cons**: Limited export options for patent numbers beyond 1000, need to send on email. Also many times, software is very slow and we need to wait for results to upload on the page.

> Mostly using this software for patent searches related to patentability, invalidity and FTP. Also for patent analytics.  I found this software good for patent data export especially restriction publication to first/earliest publication or priority. This is useful for quarterly reports where we want to avoid reprorting family publications or already reported patent.
