> **Pros**: AskSid makes it very easy to provide added value to the customers and online shop visitors alike. The learning process is very quick and not only conditioned by the amount of data avaialble. The support and developlment teams are incredibly quick and effective in predicting and implementing cutting edge features.

> **Cons**: I haven't figured it out yet. We are still in a honeymonn phase.

> We are providing a service to end customers which couldn't really be provided by humans with the same speed and accuracy. At the same time we are learning so much about the customers, and receiving very useful actionable intelligence by AskSide data nuggets reporting.
