> **Pros**: plugin that is integrated with the jabber software for easy access.  Also, Donoma helped with building and maintaining the database for archiving, where other vendors such as Smarsh simply refuse to touch the database or help build that piece, which is required for archiving.

> **Cons**: Getting a copy of a 3rd party audit of Donoma's archive is next to impossible.
> 
> The sales team and support are absolutely superb.  Best people, super responsive, and most importantly they follow through with commitments meeting or exceeding expectations.

> **Cons**: If you don't know the exact email address, it may take a few tries to narrow down the search field.  But still fairly quick to narrow down through trial and error.

> The system allowed us to retrieve information from a user that was on extended PTO.  It saved me a considerable amount of time not having to search through data without having to contact the employee on leave.
