> **Pros**: This software is very user friendly and works just as well as most American versions. Comes in three different tiers for different company needs.

> **Cons**: It's not the best at working with certain plugins and software so it may not work for every company.

> I only used this software briefly overseas but it was fairly easy to use. It would work for everyone but it's definitely a great starter software.
