> **Pros**: I had a staff of 3 that was reduced to just me. Illumin made sure that all reference requests were captured and answered; while making the information found to answer the question available for future requests. Moreover, I am able to generate bibliographies from these answered reference requests which are browsable through a hierarchical category thesaurus as well as keyword searchable.

> **Cons**: I usually provide a bespoke level of service to my requesters.  While illumin has a good finished product, there are times that I would like that extra gloss. I have been told how I provide a very bespoke level of service

> Illumin provides a means to bring an extra level of reference service. My users like the ease of browsing and the Knowledge base bibliographies section of illumin is a huge hit with them.
