The one feature that has made a significant difference (for us) is to be able to submit and manage Architectural Requests completely online. Our most-used features are: Announcements, Newsletters and Architectural Requests. Outside inquiries are automatically routed to board members. > > **Cons**: Perhaps the least desirable, somewhat clumsy feature is the email function - it takes a while to understand it. It does not automatically provide a copies or folders for record keeping. It is not a full-function email system, but it does work. From a business standpoint, I can understand that deploying a full-function email client would move the program to a different level, with a higher cost. > > Overall experience has been excellent. The software is easy to use and fulfills our needs, as well as offering features we have not yet deployed. Because of the administrative features and, more recently, the archiving features, we are using it as our main means of communication with the HOA members. Announcements to the community are easy to prepare and send, whether general pieces or invitations to social events. Being able to include links to other websites or uploaded pdf's is a big help. The general listserve and specialized forums allow for communication among members. Very importantly, sending out invoices and the integration with PayPal for collecting dues and payments for events is flawless. Obtaining lists of members who have, or have not, paid, is simple and intuitive. > > **Cons**: The email function allows me to select groups of people who will get the email but doesn't allow me to select groups of people who should NOT get the email (I have to select individuals).
