> **Cons**: One thing I like the least about the software is the inability to schedule a text to go to an individual person. I feel like you should have the ability to schedule a text to go to a specific person on a given day and time of your choice. This was available on the first version but has since been removed.

> Overall, respond flow has helped me talk with leads in real time versus sending them emails, hoping that they will read them and reply. Nowadays everybody has their phone on them in the ability to text with customers is immensely helpful.
