> **Pros**: The ability to generate applications and leases have been the largest initial value adds. Since then, I've used their vendors who have been fantastic. It's simplified what use to be several contact points into one portal.

> **Cons**: There were initial challenges to collecting payment that are now corrected. I have two separate companies and I was unable to add two bank accounts. The team took that feedback and I now have the ability to link multiple bank accounts across properties.

> My overall experience with ZenLord Pro has been overwhelmingly positive. Their product addresses key gaps in real estate software and they are a receptive and responsive team. I have and will continue to recommend them to others.

> **Pros**: Zenlord Pro has become of useful tool in helping me stay organized while managing my properties. The ability to run online applications and collect rent online was the first function that I’ve used the most. I’m now slowly taking the time to upload existing tenant data and upload their lease info, it’s great to be able to have it all in one place. Tenants that I’ve switched over to ZLP have given  me positive feedback overall. As I’m learning to use the software, anytime I’ve got questions, the guys at Zenlord Pro have been more than helpful and quick to respond. I’m looking forward to continue using ZLP and watch this company grow. Keep up the great work\!

> **Cons**: It’s not always the most mobile friendly (hard to scroll to the bottom of a page without flipping my phone sideways) but of course that goes away when using on a desktop or laptop.  It is a somewhat newer software, so there are occasional glitches and things that aren’t super user friendly but I do notice that they're often making updates and improvements to the software. However, like I mentioned above, they have great customer service so any issues that come up get resolved fast\!
