> **Pros**: I like the ease of use and the many options for templates for employees and so forth, makes my job easier for scheduling and even payroll\!

> **Cons**: When I go to print the PDF from a weekly schedule, sometimes it prints out large and sometimes small?  I have my printer set to normal of 100% for all my printing from Scheduling+, but it just does this radomly and I have no idea why?  Also, is there  a way to suppress the payroll printing on my employees work schedule on  the bi-weekly payroll report?  For now the reports print out on a 8x11 sheeet of paper, but use the whole sheet and if we could make this smaller, it would fit more easily into the envelopes that we issue our payroll with\!

> I love using this software for scheduling and the timeclock portal for our business, the only issue I have is sometimes the system will shut down or not work for some reason and when it does, I don't get good service from online tech trying to help me solve the situation\!  It takes a VERY long time to get through to someone for help when issues do arrise\!

> **Pros**: I think what I like most is the data from sales is helpful when doing scheduling for peak times. Also having employee's get there schedule on their devices as well as use the PTO request.

> **Cons**: Had a little trouble with the chat  support at the beginning which was frustrating but it eventually got straighten out.
> 
> We are just getting started but so far we believe we made a good choice.
