> **Pros**: Tatvam is an affordable solution to view review site feedback in a central location. A daily email list containing reviews delivers feedback right to my inbox, meaning I can prioritize which needs my attention on days when I cannot devote time to each and every one. Our reps are very responsive. They also worked with us to integrate our email feedback into the system.

> **Cons**: Sentiment analysis is a work in progress,  but still extremely helpful/functional.

> There is so much more we can (and should) be doing with Tatvam, and we look forward to tapping into its full potential\!
