### "Seriously lacking in today's EHRs" — 2.0/5

> **Pros**: It's an electronical health record; it allows user to document medication admin and log data entry points as well as document visits.

> **Cons**: user interface is lacking (i.e. you can't "tab" from one entry point to the next in data/record entry screens)
too many non-editable lists (i.e. vaccine list is horrendous and not alphabetical with most entry selections not triggering the vaccine as being given)
goes completely down multiple times a year (we're on day 3 right now this year)
medication changes require complete deletion of the entire entry to make any type of change (i.e. time, dosage, mix in applesauce, etc.)

> I've used this EHR for 5 years now; the school system refuses to look at other options.  This EHR is described as "made by nurses, for nurses."  Either those nurses never actually worked in a school system, or had the most rudimentary understanding of what should be documented, and ran with it.  The interface is awful and takes longer than necessary to document visits and data input.  The vaccine list is non-editable (it would be great to be able to bring the ones I use the most to the top of the list for easy selection).  Doing school wide searches is unnecessarily complicated.  
Also over these past 5 years, there hasn't been any updates or changes to improve the system.  I've never been asked to provide my opinion, or any other nurse I know that uses it.  
Additionally, this is the only site I've found that I can give a review of this product.  I hope other agencies do serious inquiry before purchasing this EHR.
