> **Pros**: We found our search has improved while using Unbxd however, it took a long time to get to that point. Overall, we still are working out tweaks but our analytics shows that we have been doing better compared to our old, in house search.
> 
> **Cons**: The customer support/development teams are very hard to work with. It took a long time to get started on our website. The dev teams seemed to switch out and felt like we had to start from scratch each time.
> 
> Overall, even though the support seemed to lack, we are still making it through and having progress favorably for our sites.
