> **Pros**: Definitely more knowledge at which point the visitors were leaving my sales process.
The tool also helped me out quite a bit in preventing the users to leave with the option to serve a discount in the situation when the user was trying to leave.
I also use this tool for servin question to my visitors hat was the reason that was leaving.
Totally worth trying out. Works great for any online sales process.
