Solid product for small business
Comments: Has been around for a long time. Tried and tested and is a great product. Starting to price a little higher but still competitive - especially if you have employees.
Pros:
Easy to use and well laid out for the end user. Is great for small operations without complex needs.
Cons:
Whilst bank rules are very handy - the auto reconciling of transactions can cause problems if rule set up incorrectly. Would be great if there was an option to make bulk transaction changes.

Full of features.
Comments: Great option for this doing day to day business, May be a little expensive for those just starting out.
Pros:
Packed with features for invoicing and accounting needs.
Cons:
Very expensive when compared to similar products.

Daily Bookkeeping
Comments: On the website version I am completely frustrated. Why is it that I can not open in the app version when the file has been shared with me via the website version??
Pros:
Bank Feeds, Date Lock, Balance Sheet, GST Report
Cons:
Lack of functionality on website, can't use the find transaction feature.

MYOB is a great option for bookkeeping
Comments: It’s overall very helpful for invoice processing and keeping invoices documents attached to cloud. No need to keep it in your computer drive.
Pros:
The invoicing in-tray ables you to drag and drop your invoices on queue to process it smoothly. MYOB captures the details and all you need is a double check if it got the correct details which most of the time is correctly, unless your invoice/receipt is blurry.
Cons:
I think it’s the payroll. It’s a bit manual with adding correct times in the timesheets.

Comments: My overall experience with MYOB Business has been mostly positive. It’s a reliable tool for handling all our core accounting functions, including reconciling accounts, managing payroll, sending invoices, and tracking transactions. The platform offers a good level of detail, and once set up, it’s easy to navigate day-to-day tasks. However, syncing MYOB with other software, like Total Synergy, can sometimes be a bit challenging, which interrupts the otherwise smooth workflow. Despite these occasional hiccups, it’s an efficient solution for managing our finances.
Pros:
What I like most about MYOB is its efficiency in handling all my accounting needs. I use it for bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, sending invoices, managing payroll, paying bills, and tracking transactions. It keeps everything organized in one place, making monthly financial reviews straightforward and helping me stay on top of our accounting tasks with ease.
Cons:
What I like least about MYOB is that syncing with other software can sometimes be unreliable. For example, integrating MYOB with Total Synergy has caused issues at times, which interrupts my workflow and requires extra troubleshooting.
