Comments: The tool is quite simple to use, and I look forward to doing more with it. Excellent customer service and ease of use.
Pros:
Using the platform, it is really simple to make an interactive video. It has a great number of innovative options for creating interactive videos.
Cons:
I believe the UI and UX should be better. It is more difficult to use than other video editing tools.

Comments: Very good, the team are always on hand to support with any technical queries and willing to listen to feedback to make the system better

its ease of use, so simple to upload a video or slide deck and turn it into meaningful training material
Cons:
Nothing with LUMA1, my biggest frustration is not using it to its full potential

Comments: It is far from the worst, but also not near the best!
Pros:
Relatively easy to use. Many options in regard to ways to edit videos.
Cons:
Not as easy to use as other video editing software, such as Hippo.

Pros:
Technology made simple, with a host of possibilities and functions to improve learning and communication of key safety topics.
Cons:
Nothing comes to mind, other than making the time to be creative and use the system to support other business tasks.
LumaOne Review
Comments: It's easy to learn how to use the features/functions, and lots of FAQ training have already been posted on the platform. Most importantly oi feel like the LumaOne platform has evolved since I started using it - the team is constantly building new features & capabilities.
Pros:
User Activity & Completion Tracking, ease of transferring content onto and out of the platform using SCORM. The ability to reuse elements - love it!
Cons:
It takes a bit of getting used to when you start- but over a period and with the help of their business support partners - you feel more confident in your skills and efficiency using the platform.
