> **Pros**: The implementation and ongoing support from the Compono team has been exceptional. I've never waited more than an hour or two for a response when I reach out with questions. Support has been comprehensive and very receptive to feedback. Additionally, the functionality of the platform, particularly the Engage module and work personality have been an invaluable tool for management in our company.

> **Cons**: Not a lot not to like. Integrations to other job boards might be easier and helpful - we still find we rely heavily on recruiters, but that isn't necessarily a Compono issue. But having recommended job boards based on the job type or location could be helpful. also, integrations (API) with common HRIS's would be very helpful.

> Overall, it has been fantastic. Ongoing use, engagement with our team, and communication between Compono and us has been second to none.

> **Pros**: Compono was easy to set up, easy to use, easy to train other's how to manage and makes training our staff a breeze. Support has been fantastic, there has never been an issue that Compono has not been able to resolve in a timely manner.

> **Cons**: The only difficulty with rolling out Compono was the invitation email went to our employees junk folders, which we cannot blame Compono for.

> **Pros**: Our team is heavily based on culture and understanding who is a good fit for our organisation when we hire. It was an amazing tool to identify what key things about our culture our team enjoyed and where we needed to put some work in. Once that was identified we could utilise our culture to identify if a applicant in our recruitment process was a good fit.

> **Cons**: The only 2 things we didn't like were1. Inability to integrate paid linked-in recruitment applicants into the system automatically. 2. Bumpiness of applicants actually filing in the details. Multiple applicants both did not complete the application or partially completed it thinking they were done.

> Overall the team is incredible and so accommodating to our needs, and also went the extra mile to offer some additional help in key areas. It was a great experience with the team and I would highly recommend working with them. Once the bugs are fixed we will work with them again.

We are a charity and use the platform for online learning for thousands of learners across Queensland.
