> **Pros**: It takes time to get used to the software, but once you are on it, there is hardly an alternative for contract drafters. It is built for multi-language contracts from the ground up. It can tackle the hardest contract automation tasks. It allows "export" the contract content to non-lawyers through easily created Q\&As. It can integrate with primitive as well as advanced databases, electronic signatures. The customer support is excellent.

> **Cons**: The learning curve is steep for less tech-savvy staff (lawyers), thus it might slow down the adoption. The software is still being improved, often based on user requests. Certain features are less intuitive than one might expect, but they are easy to get used to.

> Any automation in the organization takes time, the same is true with the adoption of ClauseBase. Populating ClauseBase with intelligent contract clauses requires tech-savvy lawyers, determination and patience. We are still on the adoption track. But we can say for sure that it will be worth the effort.

> **Pros**: We zijn erg tevreden van Clausebase door de tijdsbesparing dat deze tool met zich meebrengt. Gedaan met Word documenten manueel aan te passen aan nieuwe wetgeving en interne beslissingen, alsook zeer makkelijk op maat van de situatie aan te passen.

> **Cons**: We hadden het interessant gevonden dat de invuller van het document ook een overzicht krijgt van zijn/haar ingevulde antwoorden. Dat is momenteel enkel via een tussenstap door een administrator mogelijk.

> ClauseBase is document drafting 2.0. Toepassingen als deze worden op termijn onmisbaar om efficiënt juridische diensten te verlenen. MS WORD of andere tekstverwerkers kunnen dit nooit allemaal ondervangen.

Het is wel zo, dat hulp heel nabij is\!
