> **Pros**: My absolute favorite thing about Vault is that is has so many features and functions to help you save and organize your files. You can create various 'vaults' and then folders and subfolders and it makes everything so easy to find. There are also a ton of different things you can do with a file/folder. You can share files, create a file upload link so someone else can upload to it, etc. There are so many things that Vault does, I love it\!

> **Cons**: My least favorite thing about Vault is how sometimes links that are created randomly break and are not accessible so I have to set up another link. This does not happen that often, but when it does it can take several minutes to figure out where the link was at so I can create another one.

> Vault helps our company have a central file saving and sharing system that works really well\! We have one central place where we can save things and keep it organized so things don't get lost and we don't waste time looking for various files.

> **Pros**: The best function that Vault provides to me and my team is the ability to store countless amounts of information and files without the fear of losing them\!  It also makes it really easy for me to share what I need in a convenient link to one of my coworkers.  I love that\!

> **Pros**: Vault makes it easy to share files through a link or requesting files through a link\! I love how you can create links to folders that give access to people just to that folder\!

> **Cons**: Sometimes the software trips up when I want to go back on folder and it takes me all the way back to the main Vault folder, I wish the movement between folders was smoother.
> 
> This solves the problem of paying for large space on shared files systems or dropboxes.
