> **Pros**: I like some of case management features. It does allow you create events and communication logs, automate communications to an extent, and review filings. It also integrates with LawPay, which is nice.

> **Cons**: The program runs on Silverlight and the only way to open it in a browser is to use Internet Explorer. It is terribly slow and has all sorts of bugs. Customer support used to be good and is now virtually nonexistent. No ability to get your files if you need them or leave. It seems like they abandoned the software and are just trying to get as much out of it before everyone quits using it.

> Initially (years ago), it was good. But over time there has been no improvement, bugs have not been fixed, it uses incredibly outdated technology, and customer support has essentially been removed. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this product.
