> **Pros**: I find it to be an extremely useful tool for presentations and creating executive meetings because it allows me to create customized meeting rooms with company branding, upload slides, explanatory videos and detailed documents to support the presentation.
It offers real-time collaboration, annotation, participant polling, and file sharing.

Having the ability to hold quality virtual meetings between technicians, technologists, engineers and board members is very important to draw the general lines.
Presenting an efficient and secure strategy based on the final results is a very important part of my job and BoardSpot is a tool that makes this very easy for me.
