> **Pros**: Very easy to setup and maintain. Mainly use the product of desk booking and we were able to implement the software within a week and get the employees using the product straight away.

> **Cons**: At the moment, I would like if the devices made noises when the meeting is nearing the end/ending to notify staff, however when I raised this with the support team to ask the question, they were great in directing me to where I can leave this feedback so it can be considered in ongoing developments.

> Joan is really easy to navigate, easy to learn how to use and has plenty of online resources to support with your understanding of the product. The online support is very fast and they also aim to answer queries efficiently which has been amazing. Once you have the devices the ongoing cost are reasonable for the support and complexity of the product.

Other thing that I would benefit from is more materials that I can use to "educate" the users to make the transition from post-it notes to Joan meeting room reservation solution and to start using the system and respecting other's reservations, etc.
