> **Pros**: Twilio has pretty broad integrations across a variety of platforms.  Ubiquity is one of the great features of Twilio.

> **Cons**: When Twilio goes down or there are issues with a number, it is on the "user" to figure out what is broken. There is very little proactive communication.

> I integrated Twilio with a number of different products including Lightspeed EVO, Appsheets, Hubspot CRM and Ultra by Ulgebra.  Twilio as I understand it now integrates directly with Hubspot.
