> **Pros**: We really enjoy working with Cinode internally. As a consultancy, we use it for both internal handling of our consultants and their competencies, but also for our sales pipeline. It's simple to admin, as well as intuitive for the consultants.

> **Cons**: The CRM tool is not the USP for Cinode, and it has some parts that for the future can improve, when compared to pure CRM-tools. However, it is good enough to enjoy having it all on one platform for us, so we're still happy with it\!

I have used Cinode together with my managers and colleagues to create strong CV´s and profiles. This has greatly helped us to sell our services as we are able to cater our CV´s and profiles when pitching consultants to clients.
