> **Pros**: TownSQ is the web site used by our HOA management company, one of the Associa companies. I can think of nothing I like about this web site. I have complained from day one and a few things have changed but the site is still unsay. It is really only good for paying monthly assessments. The biggest complaint the Board fields is TownSQ. I’d venture 75% of our 494 owners don’t use the site because it has so little to offer. The site managers contact info is in a box so small it is not readable. Can’t show contact info the Board, security, or emergencies. Up to date financial data is not available to the Board. The presentation color makes the site hard to read.
