> **Pros**: One complete overview of to do's of all users and immediate access to minutes after the meeting.
> 
> **Cons**: You can't give access to the agenda to people outside the company (as a full user). You can't move notes, actions and decisions to another meeting.
> 
> Before using Smartnotation minutes and action lists where stored on the entire network (hard to find). Besides someone had to write the minutes which was time consuming, without immediate access.

> **Pros**: As a technical manager, I am involved in many meetings in which it is important that the recording of notices and tasks is quick and uncomplicated.
Smartnotation allows me to quickly and in a structured manner record my emergency notes during the meeting and share them with colleagues, customers and employees. By project assignments and permissions you keep the overview and have access from anywhere.
