We have a person that we can reach out to with any issues and she helps us get everything squared away. Our customers love how easy it is to choose their own seats and get their tickets emailed directly to them.

> **Cons**: The one thing that I was hoping would change is the ability to prevent single seats and it looks like that has started to roll out and we should be able to do that soon.
