> **Pros**: I started using focus without any training on the software. What surprised me was the Ease of use. I started working immediately and could easily understand all the modules and how to use them. Even reporting was straightforward.

> **Cons**: Manual adjustment in printouts. Perhaps there should be a standard format of layouts and if any additional fields are to be added that can be done manually. I did not like the fact that I had to setup and align the print layout.

> On a rating scale I would give it 8/10. There are scope for improvements which the support team is helping me out with.
