> **Pros**: Reseller ratings provided a post-checkout review form that performed decently well against competitors initially. 

They allowed review syndication to other review platforms like Google, Trustpilot, etc., which was a big plus.
> 
> **Cons**: Over time, our response rate decreased. Possibly because the format of the review form post-checkout required the user to supply too much information \& many users simply wanted to leave a star ratings alone. 

While review syndication was possible, the response rate was very poor compared to the same service on other platforms (namely SiteJabber).

> The service was great initially, but has grown stale for our organization. We were able receive a higher response rate  \& better conversion rate lift with other services.
