> **Cons**: They clearly do not test the product before releases, and each patch deployment fixes one issue, and breaks another function.

> Whilst enthusiastic, the fact that each release breaks the system costs our internal IT folk large amounts of time. And the cost for internal support of the product far exceeds the licensing cost.
