> **Pros**: CemSites is a pure cloud application that gives us the greatest access flexibility without the hassles of maintaining new releases, system patches, and database backups. Application has all the features necessary for a cemetery operation to run effectively. Application is easy to understand and use. Affordable price model.

> **Cons**: After 4 years of use there is not much to dislike.

> We had had a spreadsheet and paper based approach that was "on-premise" only, meaning all  record keeping had to be done either at the office or via files that were transferred to the office to be consolidated.  This made admin and document management time consuming and "location centric".  CemSites solved this problem through its seamless cloud approach. All our database records and maps are now kept inside the software, available to anyone with a PC and a password.

> **Pros**: The photo like map of our cemetery is the most impactful feature of our Cem Sites program. Customers, Funeral Homes, Vault Companies, Monument installers as well as families trying to find loved ones, are all wowed by our map program.  It is so easy to use and it was easy to integrate into our existing business processes.

> **Cons**: If we could change anything it would be to be able to see all the individual spaces in each section, as to whether it is taken or available so that we can find available spaces together even though they are not necessarily in the same lot.
> 
> We have been able to keep track of our inventory of spaces so that we can make plans for new sections. It also helps to prevent errors.  Overall we are very happy with CemSites.  Their customer service is top notch. They are always so helpful in teaching how to use it and answering any questions.

> **Pros**: The initial demo was fantastic. It seemed as though CemSites was going to fit our needs and the customer service was great. It quickly changed after we committed to the product.

> **Cons**: It seemed user friendly, although there are so many steps to selling a plot. You essentially have to set up a customer in three spots to sell a plot. It is basically a jazzed up WordPress site that has limited functionality and poor mapping. If you want a map overlay, you aren't getting it with CemSites. If you are comfortable with a bland green background and dots to mark graves, that it what you get.

> We attempted to transition to CemSites for a year and finally gave up. The ultimate product that they provided was unusable and contained a copious amount of errors. They wouldn't respond to ANY emails. Absolutely horrible customer service and poor execution on implementation. We received the product in October of 2023 and by January of 2024 we still couldn't sell a plot through the software. HIGHLY recommend that you look for other options.

> **Cons**: We LOVE the product and the availability to add additional services.  The system has improved our workflow and made our jobs easier.

> Streamline office procedures.  Easy to manage sales and prospects.  Families and funeral directors have access to information 24/7.
