I like collaborating with my team in scoring responses and the excitement of passing great candidates through to the reveal stage to see their resume.  The chat tool makes it easy to reach out to candidates to request an interview.  It's been a huge time saver, helped me stay organized, and has landed us some amazing new team members.

If you want to pass someone to the next round, you have to exit the screen, find them based on a random identifier, and then pass them.  It's easy enough to do because you can sort by rankings, but it'd be easier to just do it from the page and move to the next candidate to review.
