Whether the user is a "belt" running a project, a coach, or an executive -- the tool gives quick access to the information needed, whether a refresher or a template for project leaders, or a comprehensive view of organizational progress.

> **Cons**: It's a solid work in progress, and as such navigation always can be improved. But that's not a criticism of the current state, so much as a realization that continuous improvement is everywhere.

> **Cons**: When I click into the tile of "Ideas" and/or the sub-menu of "My Ideas" from the "Process Improvement" tile.  I have to go back to home menu, then to "Process Improvement" tile to access, "Manage Ideas" or "My Projects".  Feels like there should be a cleaner way to flip between.  Maybe this is design is by intent.
