Not only are reps able to share thoughts, photos, and accomplishments, but they are able to track their live sales metrics so they know where stand on a day-to-day basis. The games are easy to understand, and the software automatically updates the standings and leaderboards for the majority of events. For the ones that don't automatically update, the process is simple and easy for reps to update their totals. The reward system is easy, and the process is as simple as 1,2,3 for reps to get their chosen rewards. CUSTOMER CARE IS FANTASTIC\! As someone who had a few issues getting an account up and running, I can say the customer service is phenomenal. They are easy to get in touch with, and follow-up with you throughout each inquiry, from start to finish. > > **Cons**: The navigation could use a facelift as the android version does not react appropriately to the swipe gestures of my device. Our operations/dev team had a hard time working with Arcades to get the custom metrics built and then struggled more when the reporting was way off. I never felt like there was focus on helping us overcome this and when I finally asked about cancellation our Customer Success rep created an email chain with their internal engineers to try and help us overcome these issues and there was no response at all. We decided to then cancel on our own and still have never heard back from Arcade so it was clear that our business model was too complex for this software and they decided not to engage with us at all when it mattered the most.
