Over \&amp; above, the whatsapp integration is hyped. It requires additional payment to zappier, as the basic zaps available on zap are good for no use for sending reminders.

> Bad. There should be money refund policy available for subscribers. All key features showcased are in initial phases and not developed yet to deliver value to  paid subscribers

The WhatsApp reminders are proper useful because they pop up where I already check messages, so I dont miss appointments. For the price it’s great value and just makes staying organised a lot easyer. 👍

Being able to edit notes more properly, like making text bold or using different colours inside the information, would make it easier to highlight important stuff and organise notes better. 👍 I haven't needed to use any customer support yet, but I will request help if I need it.
