### "thebigword TMS offers CAT capabilities as well as a transcription and invoicing tool online" — 3.0/5

> **Pros**: TMS includes a very comprehensive suite of tools all in one place: translation, audio transcription, invoicing, assignment management, PM messaging, special features for handling confidential documents.
In my experience, TMS works well for accepting work, downloading assignments and invoicing.
The HSTE (Highly Secure Translation Editor) CAT tool offers basic CAT functions, but it is not my preferred CAT software.

> **Cons**: The HSTE CAT tool is unattractive and somewhat difficult to use.
I especially dislike the tag handling functionality. It is unnecessarily complicated and it often won't let me upload a finished document due to alleged tag discrepancies, which I then have to painstakingly search the whole document for.
I don't particularly enjoy working with HSTE since I'm not at my most productive when I do.
