The ability to save in the address book over many years even when the person does not attend the conference but once every 3-5 years is very helpful. Having a record of the campaigns we have created from the beginning is very useful. I have used Open Moves/OM3 for 4 years and the company used it for many years previously. We will continue using it because the interface with our website and the registration process has been virtually seamless. > > **Cons**: The fact that I can't sort the reports by fields is very frustrating and having to take the extra step to download the reports into an Excel Sheet to do this makes no sense to me. I also think the authentication process is not reasonable when I take my laptop to a different location from the previous one where I logged in is time consuming and makes no sense.
