No hands approach to customised signatures
Comments: Overall, with the price point and the featured offered this product offers a great ROI in the form of being able to consistantly and professionally market yourself and your brand to your clients and partners.
Pros:
The most benficial and critical part that was deemed the most important was to be able to centralise and rollout multiple signatures to multiple parties.
Cons:
The mobile and server side signatures are quite difficult to setup and making sure that the connector works properly, I am still trying..
A Strong Overall Signature Management Tool
Comments: It has been easy to onboard and overall our team responded very positively to it, overall presentation to our clients is more consistent and on brand as a result.
Pros:
Ease of deployment was very good, both in terms of documentation quality and level of automation provided. The signature editor is straightforward and quick to learn, and apply more complex rules was easy to learn. Overall the consistency of output on the signatures was the main advantage having evaluated other services and products that didn't deliver as effectively.
Cons:
There are a few minor rough edges on how the feedback feature is presented but the core product is solid. The only feedback has been that on the newer Outlook client the CodeTwo app can be a little less responsive, and generally is a little slower than the built-in signatures to load, however this is offset easily by the consistency of output.

Reasons for Switching to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365: Limitations in the creation of signatures, along with compatibility issues and lack of reporting.

Codetwo Email Signatures Easy to Use
Comments: No complaints, salespeople were great, tech support has been great.
Pros:
Easy to setup, signature creation is great and having the Auto Responder included met our needs with Australian Right to Disconnect laws.
Cons:
Having some issues with Out of Office replies. Still working on Exchange Online rules to get OOF and Auto Responder working together.
CodeTwo Response
Hi Tim, Thank you for the nice review. We know you’ve already discussed this with our Customer Success Team, so just to confirm: At the moment, CodeTwo Autoresponder cannot interact with native OOFs in Outlook, but we’ll try to address your feedback in the future development of our app. Regards, CodeTwo Team
Easy Signature Management
Comments: The setup was straightforward and easy. Creating my first signature was simple using the signature designer.
Pros:
The setup process is straightforward. It is easy to create signature rules to customize which users get which signatures. And the Outlook plugin is easy to deploy.
Cons:
It would be cool to see some stats about which signatures are used most often.

Best Email Signature Tool for Microsoft 365
Comments: Fantastic product, great features, the best email signature tool for Microsoft 365 tenants and Outlook apps. I have only ever had to call customer service twice, and both times they were fast to answer, very friendly and helpful, very technical in their knowledge, and were able to solve all issues with me almost instantly. Great product, great customer service.
Pros:
CodeTwo is relatively easy to set up for a Microsoft 365 administrator like myself. I have had no hesitation in implementing CodeTwo for all email signatures for every client and organisation I have worked with or set up a Microsoft 365 tenant for. Simple to set up, intuitive process, and with a bit of HTML knowledge you can craft some beautiful designs with rules for each user, recipient, keyword, or even shared mailboxes and delegated mailboxes. All of those features make for a very powerful email signature tool. The ability to choose between client-side, server-side, or "combo" is also incredible.
Cons:
The only con I have found is every minute or so, the interface will freeze and show a temporary "disconnected" loading screen. This only displays for a couple of seconds before disappearing, but can slow you down when you want to make changes quickly or are playing with signature designs.

Codetwo Email Signatures makes it right.
Comments: I enjoy using the software. It helps different customers complete their Signature needs. Licensing based in size makes it affordable for nearly anybody.
Pros:
The seemsless integration. The nicely designed and variably usable Email template designer... A lot of things are to mention positively here. I am using this product for different varying clients of different sizes and complexity.
Cons:
Nothing in particular. The software does offer quite a lot and fits all my cases.
Simple, efficient and professional signatures
Comments: Very easy to setup and get going. plenty of templates to choose from also fairly priced.
Pros:
great array of signature templates that were easy to edit to our requirements and unlike some other providers they looked professional.
Cons:
I cannot think of anything at the moment to be honest.
Great flexibilty and a time saver for larger companies.
Comments: My overall experience with CodeTwo is great, and I would recommend larger companies to use it, to save time.
Pros:
The flexibility of the signatures, and the ability to choose multiple senders.
Cons:
It's a bit expensive, but worth the money if your company sends a lot of e-mails from different accounts.
Great solution
Pros:
Easy to set-up and quick to update on all our device. It saves us a TON of time and it gives us peace of mind.
Cons:
Nothing really, they are constantly updating the solution to improve and make it better.
Easy decision to swich from WiseStamp
Pros:
Much more features. Complete control of the design of signatures. Much deeper integration in Office 365. Available full-featured signatures for Outlook for iOS
Cons:
Too many settings can be decided only by Global Administrator
CODETWO REVIEW
Pros:
Easy to deploy and implement. The product bring value to our customer
Cons:
Sometimes Outlook add-ins don't work properly
An email signature system the just works
Comments: The CodeTwo email signature system basically works. Not difficult to set up and once it has been we have not many reasons to change things. We do use it to promote events (eg our webinars and AGM) but once set up we can forget them - they even stop posting as we set an expiry date for the date of the event, so we don't even have to switch it off.
Pros:
Integration with Office 365 makes use simple and staff do not need to think about email footers for internal or external emails or update them. We rarely consult support but whenever we have CodeTwo Support have been exceptionally helpful and sorted things out with us.
Cons:
The interface used to be a little more clunky but has been improved a lot.
Good product very good support
Comments: Good setup, very very good manual and video! Perfect fast support
Pros:
Simply, Support, manual guide and much video
Cons:
Price, and nothing more
Alternatives Considered: Microsoft 365
Reasons for Switching to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365: Simply and automatic signature for mobile
Easy to use e-mail signature management
Comments: Very well working mail signature tool. I can recommend it to anyone who wants a carefree-package!
Pros:
Easy setup and operation of the signature management tool. At a very reasonable price.
Cons:
If there is something to mention, it is the fact that licenses can only be purchased with a tax-id. If the ordering body doesn‘t own a tax-id , it is very difficult to get through the ordering process.
Codetwo signature use
Pros:
Ease of use and signature design is easy to implement.
Cons:
nothing at all the product is straight forward and easy to use
Perfect match for a special need
Comments: Easy to use and easy to administrate! Value for money
Pros:
It is easy to admin and users are geeting the signatures very fast
Cons:
It take a while before the CodeTwo plugin is distributed
Just subscribe - you won't be disappointed.
Comments: From the research I did regarding centralised signature solutions for O365, it quickly became clear that CodeTwo were very much amongst the front runners in the marketplace and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the subscription model was very reasonable. It was a very easy decision to commit to using CodeTwo
Pros:
The two things I liked the most about CodeTwo signatures for Office 365 were the speed and ease of getting up and running with a very professional solution in a very short space of time and also the very clear and transparent way that CodeTwo communicate what you will be getting when you become a subscriber. As they say themselves - no hidden catches.
Cons:
As a fairly new subscriber, so far I have not found any issues or problems with Email Signatures for O365 and I'm not convinced I will...It was easy to understand, easy to configure and quick to implement. A few improvements have been made to the original signatures since implementation but again, these were quick and easy to achieve.
CodeTwo finally streamlined our signatures
Comments: We have been searching for a long time for a tool that could streamline our signatures across the organization and our various brands underneath. We needed a tool where we could style our signatures the way we wanted and use it at various platforms. The setup process was quite easy, the design is straight forward (despite some limitations in what you can do) and the deployment was done in a short while.
Pros:
You can easily differentiate the signatures for various units and brands as the rules allow you to do almost everything. Once you get used to having it server-side, you never again have to worry about adding a signature to your e-mail.
Cons:
Currently the integration to Salesforce is based on IP's that can and will change over the year, that is not ideal as it would result in downtime once they change.
CodeTwo - CMMI
Pros:
Automated Signatures Signatures to mobile devices
Cons:
The preview signatures option is not exactly the same as the actual signature in Outlook
I would buy it over and over again
Comments: We use signatures for standard e-mail-footers - but also for campaign-specific footers with different teaser images - and we differentiate e-mail-footers for different types of employees.
Pros:
The solution matches all our needs at very fair cost.
Cons:
None. We use the solution since years without issues and I can´t mention any "Cons"
Easy to setup and use
Pros:
It was straightforward to set up and use. Good Product!
Cons:
It was straightforward to set up and use. Good Product!
Nice tool
Comments: Great product
Pros:
Having a central signature management makes it easier to manage signatures for desktops, web and cellphones, based on different departments
Cons:
Conditional rules are not easy to apply,
Good choice
Pros:
Centralised signatures prevent errors - in contact data as well as by the usage.
Cons:
No defects so far. There are still some irregularities, i.e. the images will be resized by Outlook for MacOS. The licenses management is very strict if you come close to your license limit.
