At no moment I received any kind of warning about any fees regarding this cancellation. Then I cancelled. Only later, I saw in the platform that a 39 euros FlexiPerk fee was charged and I wasn't not warned anytime. That's absurd for a platform to have such shady behavior. In what world a person would pay 39 euros to have a refund of 21? The platform lacks honesty and clarity with its users. I talked through the chat and they said it's part of their policies and nothing could be done.
