> **Pros**: This platform has allowed us to get better on our pricing, it has allowed us to be able to increase our revenue and understand demand better.

> **Cons**: The system should be able to offer more opportunities to go into specific data, whilst it has a displacement module it does not allow for a detailed analysis on specific types of business. The what if function does help.

> **Cons**: Dataquality is key in RM, but IDeaS is unable to correct obvious wrong data, even they know the source of the issue, which then leads to wrong forecasts, recommendations and strategies.&#10;Support never replies to the real question and problem, but with general, overall answers&#10;a real reporting system doesn't exist, no LOS, LeadTime, Segment, Source Code Reporting, by Season, or Day of week, or any other detail.....I've never experienced such a poor system in  more than 20 years Revenue Management
