> **Pros**: Wow\!  We searched long and hard for a great EFT system for our Canadian customers.  We tried the usual suspects like Stripe but found there to be far too much work to set up each customer.  Then we stumbled on Rotessa\!  We have never seen a platform so easy to use and add customers to.  The user interface is simple, intuitive and perfect\!  Their support team is fast and the platform even works amazingly well integrated with our automation systems using the API.  Love it\!  We will forever be customers of Rotessa and will recommend it to all of our clients\!  If we had one piece of feedback, it would be for there to be options to place a deposit on file as a funds backup, to allow normal transactions to not require the 5 business day hold.  But it's ok, we don't mind waiting a week for our funds to deposit to our bank account, and everything else they offer holds us at 5-stars\!
